True that video games have positive effects.
However, video games have to be controled. Facebook relays again articles claiming never to let young children use such devices (game consoles, tablets, etc).

Yes, you are right. The Internet and the digital world, in general, are wide and rich. I already know that thanks to my online friends. We are as close as IRL (in real life) friends can be. Because of the pandemic, more and more people are starting to see how useful technologies are, even when they were sceptical about it before, I think that is one of the good things that has happened during this pandemic.

I don't think we should censor what is said on the internet because we would become a totalitarian state. Bad people would express themselves on the Darknet, which would be dangerous because we wouldn't be able to spot them anymore. It is necessary to differentiate between words and deed. We live in a rule of law that is responsible for preventing people from doing harm. Preventing people from expressing themselves also impoverishes the collective unconscious and makes them frustrated, which is serious and bad.In France, freedom of expression has been guaranteed since the Declaration of the Rights of Man and of the Citizen of 1789, but abuses can be punished by justice.

Will it then be possible to create links with other humans? Will we be able to work and do things together? Will it be good for our health? I've just read an article on metaverses and I would like to write again about them. Mark Zuckeberg believes the next tech revolution will be "Metaverse". Instead of using our computor or our mobile phone to enter the internet,We will navigate in virtual worlds, which are supposed to replicate the real world, thanks to glasses. I admit that I have a hard time imagining it and it sounds for me incredible. I have read that we will enter there for work, shopping, socialising and more. Our avatars will be our second bodies and we will perceive ourselves inside virtual places thanks to VR headsets.It is important to realise, however, that while the Metaverse is designed to allow us to meet friends and people of all kinds, it is also designed to be a world where we can spend money. We remain consumers in this universe. It rings a bell for me. Everything is organized to make us spend our money. What about improving our soul, our intelligence ? Anyway It is sad to think that people will have such a horrible place to live and especially cut off from nature, that they will have to take refuge in this artificial 3D universe

Anyway many people won't like wearing big helmets. They induce nausea and you won't see where you are going in the real world they will cause accidents won't they ?
