This said, yes people can eat and lose weight depending on the quantity they eat but mainly the quality/type of food: cakes/candies or lean meet/vegs? What about adding physical exercise?

Gérard I have just popped in my neighbour 's house and she sang for me all the beautiful songs she will interpret for an elderly people home and a hospital.
Music is very helpful to cheer people up. She sang a few song I knew but had never paid attention to the lyrics before.
